2. We will collect Equipment by 18:00.

3. Free delivery in the Ashford & Surrounding Areas - 20 Miles radius. Additional charge applies on 20+ Miles (1£ per mile)

4. We can unpack & mount everything per your request. It is entirely up to you, as everything its really easy & simple. 

5. We will collect and pack everything back. So you don't need to worry about anything. 

1. Soft Play Equipment on Default is for Indoor use

(Outdoor use possible if Equipment would be covered by Tent. Roof etc).

2. Please return all Equipment clean & tidy as you receive it.

3. If damage, soiling has occurred to the Soft Play equipment during the Hire, You will have to cover the costs of cleaning or replacing the equipment. (Simply return it Clean as you received it)

4. PlayTime Soft Play will not accept any responsibility for accidents, injury or damage during the period of hire.

5. All shoes must be removed before using the Soft Play equipment. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers to be used on or the Soft Play equipment.

1. If you would like to pay Cash. You can pay on the day (Upon Delivery).

Alternatively you can just Book & Pay online through our web booking system.

2. No cancelation fee 48 Hour prior the Booking day. If less then 48 Hours, 20% Cancelation fee will be charged and the rest of payment will be refunded.
